Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

PatchRays distributes cracked (patch-activated) versions of third-party software. We are an independent distributor and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the original software developers or publishers. By purchasing from PatchRays, you acknowledge and accept this.

2. Purchase & Delivery

• All prices are in euros (€) and are fixed one-time payments (no subscription).
• Payment must be completed before the full crack is delivered.
• A free trial is offered prior to purchase. Once you confirm the trial works on your machine, payment is made and the full version is delivered.
• Delivery is via email (download link + activation instructions) within 6 hours of confirmed payment.
• PatchRays does not provide physical media or official license certificates.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day refund window from the date the software is delivered to you. During this period, if the crack does not work as described on your machine and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Refund valid within 15 days of delivery
• Software must not work after we attempt to fix or replace it
• One refund request per order; we'll attempt to resolve first

Issues caused by incompatible hardware, OS misconfiguration, or antivirus interference are not covered unless we cannot provide a workaround within the 15-day period.

4. Acceptable Use

By purchasing from PatchRays, you agree:

• Not to resell, redistribute, or re-crack the software delivered to you
• Not to use the software in contexts that could expose PatchRays to legal liability
• To use the software for your personal or professional engineering work only
• To accept that software use may violate the original developer's license terms — that responsibility lies with you, not PatchRays

5. Limitation of Liability

PatchRays is not liable for any damages, data loss, legal actions by third parties (including original software vendors), or business interruption resulting from the use of software purchased from us. All software is provided "as is" after successful trial confirmation by the buyer.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PatchRays operates. Any disputes are to be resolved through direct negotiation in the first instance.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
